Summer heat and west sun

Raipur summers regularly cross 45°C. We plan heat-reflective blinds and lined curtains on west-facing windows, lighter ceiling colours, and AC and ceiling-fan positions at layout stage — the AC tonnage calculator helps size each room.

Monsoon humidity

June to September brings damp air into wardrobes and kitchens. BWP plywood in wet zones, fully edge-banded panels, ventilated wardrobe bases and washable paints keep things from swelling or smelling musty. More in our monsoon-proofing guide.

Termites

Termites are a real risk across Chhattisgarh. We use borer- and termite-treated plywood, recommend site anti-termite treatment before installation, and keep carcasses off wet floors with plinths or legs.

Where is your studio in Raipur?
Our studio is at Avanti Vihar, Sector 1, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001. Meetings are by appointment, Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00, so that the designer working on your project is there to meet you. Get directions.
Do you work in Naya Raipur (Atal Nagar)?
Yes. Many Naya Raipur homes are new builds and larger independent houses, which suits starting design before possession. Site visits there are planned like any other Raipur project.
Do you take projects in Bhilai, Durg and Bilaspur?
Yes. Bhilai and Durg are a short drive from Raipur and we work there regularly; Bilaspur projects are taken on with site visits scheduled around key milestones.
Can you design before the builder hands over my flat?
Yes, and it saves weeks. With the builder's floor plan we can finish layouts and the kitchen design before possession, then fine-tune measurements on handover day so work starts quickly.
