About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of jainify.com, including its content, free tools and calculators, galleries and forms. The website is run by Jainify ("Jainify", "we", "us"), an interior design studio based at Avanti Vihar, Sector 1, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Estimates, prices & quotations

Prices, cost ranges, package prices and estimates shown on this website — including the output of our cost calculators — are indicative only. They are not quotations or offers and do not bind either of us.

A binding price is given only in a written, itemised quotation issued after a site measurement and agreement on scope, materials and finishes. Each quotation states its own validity period and shows GST separately. Material prices, availability and site conditions can change between an estimate and a quotation.

Free tools & calculators

Our tools (for example paint, tile, area, EMI, stamp duty, electricity, AC tonnage, lighting and Vastu tools) are provided free for general guidance. Their results depend on the inputs you give and on simplifying assumptions, and may not reflect your specific situation.

They are not financial, legal, tax, engineering or structural advice. Before you make a decision, verify figures with the relevant professional or official source — for example your bank for loan terms, the state registration department for stamp duty, your electricity distribution company for tariffs, and a qualified engineer for anything structural. Vastu content reflects traditional guidance and is offered for interest only.

Design & execution services

Design and execution projects are governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, payment schedule, timelines and warranty for that project. If anything in these terms conflicts with your project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that project.

Timelines described on this website (such as typical design and execution durations) are general guidance; your project schedule is agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, tools and code — belong to Jainify or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

Designs: unless your project agreement says otherwise, the designs, drawings, 3D views, mood boards and specifications we create remain Jainify's intellectual property. When the relevant fees are paid, you receive the right to use them to build and maintain your own project at the site they were made for. They may not be reused for other sites, or handed to other parties to execute, without our written consent.

Project photographs: we may photograph completed projects for our portfolio. We will not publish your name, address or identifying personal details without your consent, and you can ask us not to publish photographs of your home.

Brand names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Content you send us

When you send us floor plans, photos or other material, you confirm you are entitled to share it, and you allow us to use it to respond to you and work on your project. We will not publish it without your permission.

My boards & local storage

Items you save to "My boards" and your theme preference are stored only in your own browser. We cannot see, back up or recover them; clearing your browser data removes them.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website: no spam or automated submissions through our forms, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, overload or disrupt the site, no scraping of content for commercial reuse, and no unlawful, misleading or harmful material sent to us.

Third-party links & services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks, and may mention products sold by other businesses. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the website accurate and useful, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available. Design ideas, guides and articles are general information, not advice for your specific property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jainify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — or loss of profit, data or opportunity — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, its content or its free tools.

Our responsibility for design and execution services is governed by your project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
