A comprehensive design process from concept to specification. We develop the scheme in full: space plan, material palette, furniture specification, lighting concept, and a complete set of documents for your contractor to work from.
8–12% of execution
Design fee adjusted against execution
We take full responsibility for bringing the design to life. From contractor selection to final styling and photography, you can be as involved or as hands-off as you wish. The result is a finished space, not a folder of drawings.
All packages include an initial free 30-minute discovery call. We accept residential, commercial and hospitality enquiries across Raipur, Bhopal and wider Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. Prices are indicative starting points; your written proposal confirms the fee.

Choosing a package
There is no wrong starting point. Many clients begin with a consultation and decide on the next step once they have a clear brief in hand.
You have bought a flat or drawn a layout with your builder and want an expert to check the plan, flag problems and suggest a material direction before money is spent.
Consultation →You want a fully resolved design — drawings, finishes, lighting and furniture — and will hand it to your own contractor or carpenter to build, with you managing the site.
Full Design →You would rather have one accountable team take the project from concept to the last cushion, with weekly updates instead of daily site visits.
Design + Execution →How fees work
Design fees pay for thinking: understanding your brief, testing layouts, resolving details and producing documents that someone can build from. Execution costs pay for materials, factory-made units, site labour and supervision. Keeping the two visible helps you see where your money goes.
For Full Design, the fee scales with the size and complexity of the space — a 3BHK with extensive joinery takes more drawing than a 2BHK refresh. For Design + Execution, we prepare an itemised quotation once layouts and materials are agreed, so you can compare it line by line. Either way, the scope, fee, taxes and payment stages are set out in a written proposal before work starts.
