Jainify is a small studio based in Raipur, working on homes, kitchens, offices and shops across Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh since 2026. We take on a limited number of projects at a time and see each one through ourselves — from the first measurement to the final styling. Small by design
We keep the studio intentionally small. Every person here leads work — no one is here to fill a headcount.
Honest over impressive
We do not hire for credentials. We hire for judgement, candour, and the ability to work at a high standard without being told to.
Learning is the work
Every project teaches us something. We make time to discuss what we have learned — what worked on site, and what we would draw differently next time.
No heroics as standard
Good work needs rest. We plan and budget projects properly so that delivering them does not depend on late nights and weekend sites.

Interior Designer
Lead homes and small commercial projects from brief to handover: layouts, material palettes, client presentations and regular site reviews. Comfortable in AutoCAD and SketchUp; a few years in a studio or turnkey interiors firm.

Site Supervisor
Run day-to-day site work — carpenters, electricians, painters and false-ceiling teams — against the drawings. Measurements, quality checks before ceilings close and weekly photo updates. Interior fit-out site experience essential.

3D Visualiser
Turn approved layouts into honest, photoreal views and walkthroughs (SketchUp or 3ds Max with V-Ray, Corona, D5 or Enscape). We will judge you on a portfolio, not a software list.

Draughtsperson — Working Drawings
Produce production-ready joinery elevations, false-ceiling, electrical and plumbing drawings and factory cut lists. Precision matters more to us than speed.

How hiring works at Jainify
- We read your workPortfolio first, CV second. Real projects, site photos and drawings tell us more than renders alone.
- A conversationAt the Raipur studio or on a video call — about projects you are proud of and ones that went wrong.
- A short practicalA small, time-boxed design or site exercise relevant to the role. We do not ask for free project work.
- Offer & onboardingClear terms in writing, and your first weeks paired with someone who has done the job.
