Design intent

Arihant Villa is a complete residential transformation spread over four floors — about 3,200 sq ft, delivered over fourteen months. Like all our residential work, it is shaped around how the family actually lives rather than an idealised version of domesticity: generous where people gather, quiet where they rest.

Three moves define the ground floor. A double-height lounge is left deliberately open, so light and a few sculptural chairs carry the volume. The living room is anchored by a glass-railed staircase; warm marble, a textile feature wall and deep plum upholstery give a tall room the intimacy of a family room. In the open plan, a dropped veneer ceiling and a single pendant carve out the dining zone — no walls, just proportion, light and material doing the work.
